Raipur. While making a big announcement on the occasion of Teeja-Pora today, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has talked about waiving the loan of women self-help groups. The government has waived loans of 12 crore 94 lakh rupees of women self groups.

Today Teeja Pora Tihar program is being celebrated at CM residence in Raipur, hundreds of women have reached from all over the state in the program, 4 women Congress spokespersons have also reached from Delhi in the program. These include Ragini Nayak, Alka Lamba, Radhika Khera and Supriya Shrinet.

Along with this, many ministers, parliamentary secretaries and MLAs, including Health Minister TS Singhdev, are present in the program. Various cultural programs have been organized in CM House. For the Teeja-Pora Tihar program, grand decoration of the entire Chief Minister’s residence has been done in the traditional form. The program courtyard has been decorated with symbols of Chhattisgarhi rural culture and people’s life including Teeja-Pora festival. 3 gates have been made for the venue. The main gate is decorated with the traditional Nandiya Baila of the Pora festival. In front of the main gate, there is an enchanting display of traditional swing- Raichul, bullock-cart, Bastar tribal art and paintings related to Chhattisgarhi life. The central gate is specially designed, it is made from traditional utensils associated with the Pora festival. The gallery between the middle and the third gate is given an attractive look with colorful pots and colorful tokens.
