Raipur: These days, along with the rain, there is a barrage of political statements in the state. Be it the ruling Congress or the Bharatiya Janata Party sitting in the opposition, they are constantly making rhetoric on each other. The latest case is related to the statement given by D Purandeshwari in the Chintan Shivir, due to which the bitterness in the BJP-Congress is increasing. So what is to be believed that the BJP-Congress has set its agenda for Mission 2023? The big question is whether Purandeshwari’s spitting statement will cost the BJP heavily?

After being in power for 15 years in the state, BJP has now started brainstorming on the blue print of Mission 2023. It started with Chintan Shivir in Bastar. But on the last day, state in-charge D Purandeshwari gave such a statement to charge BJP workers, after which there has been a flood of statements in the state.

After Purandeshwari’s statement came out, BJP leaders tried to do damage control, but Congress is completely attacker. First Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel retaliated, then now communications chief Shailesh Nitin Trivedi reminded that in the last election, Raman Singh had called Bhupesh Baghel a small man. But everyone saw the result, he had to lose his power. Now the public will also answer the statement of D Purandeshwari.

On the other hand, BJP retaliated saying that Congress leaders have nothing to count the achievements of the government. That is why it is diverting the attention of the public by re-raising old and stale issues. After contemplating in Bastar, the BJP started besieging the government, making conversion an issue. But after the words used by the party in-charge to infuse enthusiasm among the cadre base party workers, the party itself was surrounded by all-rounders. In response, the ruling party has also reminded how heavy the BJP’s bigotry was in 2018. However, it does not seem that this series of statements will stop till the elections. The big question is, will the public be able to forget these statements?
